By downloading or using the Jasnify application, these terms will automatically apply to you - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the app.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload to Jasnify. However, by using our collaborative features (such as 'Rooms'), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to the other participants you have explicitly invited to your event.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Use the app for spamming or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Third-Party Vendors
Jasnify lists venues and vendors as part of its service. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by these third parties. Any transactions or disputes are strictly between you and the respective vendor.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jasnify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
